Michelle Collins – Practice Principal
Michelle Collins is the practice principal and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in ‘Physiotherapy’ and Exercise and Sports Science (Human Movement). She has extensive sports and general Private Practice experience with a resume boasting Cronulla Southern Sharks AFL, Norwest Jets AFL, Macquarie University AFL, Hornsby Kuringai Basketball and Melbourne Storm Rugby League.
Michelle has a particular interest in back pain/core stability and lower limb disorders (including hip, knee, ankle and feet). Since having her first child in 2011 she has also taken a closer interest into pre & post natal physiotherapy.
A double degree of Physiotherapy and Exercise & Sports Science means Michelle excels in prescription of individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes. Michelle has also done many post graduate courses including Mulligans, McConnell, McKenzie, dry needling and many more. Michelle also has extensive experience in lower limb alignment and gait analysis, and with prescription of customised orthotics.
