If you are not presently undergoing treatment at Northern Districts Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic, our experienced physiotherapists will perform a comprehensive assessment during your initial consultation. Our clinical Pilates classes are run by our team of physiotherapists, with a maximum of 4 people in a class. These small classes allow for more individualised attention and care so that you can get the most out of your experience. Classes run for one hour.

We offer casual classes at a rate of $45 per session. Alternatively, you have the option to take advantage of our discounted package by paying $400 upfront for a set of 10 classes, which equates to $40 per session for the entire term.
