If you are not currently receiving treatment at Northern Districts Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic, one of our physiotherapists will provide a thorough assessment in your initial consultation to determine the best Pilates treatment for you and will develop a program appropriately.

Our clinical Pilates classes are led by our skilled team of physiotherapists, ensuring a small group setting with a maximum of 4 participants per class. This limited class size allows us to offer individualised attention and focused care, ensuring that you receive the utmost benefit from your Pilates sessions. Each class is structured to run for one hour, providing ample time for instruction, exercise, and any necessary modifications or adjustments.

Our classes are available on a casual basis at a rate of $45 per session. However, for greater convenience and savings, we offer a discounted package. By paying $400 upfront, you can secure a set of 10 classes for just $40 per session throughout the term.
