Our team of physiotherapists conducts our clinical Pilates classes, ensuring a maximum class size of 4 individuals. This small class setting enables us to provide a higher level of personalised attention and care, allowing you to optimise your Pilates experience. Each class has a duration of one hour, providing ample time to engage in the exercises and receive guidance from our experienced physiotherapists.
We offer casual classes at a rate of $45 per session. Alternatively, you have the option to take advantage of our discounted package by paying $400 upfront for a set of 10 classes, which equates to $40 per session for the entire term.
